Chroma Technology is a certified B-Corporation and in 2021 they were recognized as one of the best places to work in Vermont by the Vermont Business Magazine. Their focus is on optical filters for the scientific, biomedical, photonics and imgaing and detection industries.

In 1991 Chroma Technology was founded as a 100% employee-owned company.
