For Mushroom Church, Canada-based biologist and musician Tarun Nayar makes music mixing what he called "the natural environments with electromagnetic radiation."

"Before we jump in, this thing in front of you is actually just a synthesizer," he said at Epsilon Spires on Thursday, June 27. "And so it looks crazy but it's just because the wires are on the outside."
